Ringgo, Expired Credit Card and Verification Websites

Anyone had issues with Ringgo, an expired credit card and the pass-through of details to the verification website.
Got the Ringgo notifications that my card was due to expire, duly updated the ringo site using there online help article....www. myringgo.com/help/article/20011
Didnt think anythink of it (payments continued .....with the old details) until the card actually expired!!!....took awhile to figure out what was wrong but the new expiry date was not being sent to the credit card verification website and you cant just change the expiry details on the verification site as the details are automatically sent from Ringgo.....
Not had any help from Ringgo but if your card expires....ie the long number remains the same but the expiry date changes ( Ringgo dont store CV2 security codes so changes there are unaffected)....."delete the card" ( yes the long number is ok but you need to remove) and add it back.....this action should re-ask you for the verification details...

Thanks, never had need to use it but will be of interest to others who may. Might be of use to post in the Flame Pit on pepipoo.coms forums.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
