Survey sites - where am I going wrong ?

After reading lots of posts on this forum, I signed upto lots of survey sites ( that were recommended on here) about 2 months ago. I know they don't pay out a fortune but people on here are doing a lot better than me. I don't know where I am going wrong. I have filled out extensive profiles. I either get no surveys at all, or they enter me into a prize draw instead of paying cash, or they take loads of my details then screen me out. I know that not everyone qualifies for every survey but it seems a good way to get your details for free. Anyway, here we go.

Pure Profile 28p. Nothing since I joined.

Opinion outpost 5 points. Need 50 to payout. I got the 5 points when I started but since then the surveys don't pay, they enter me into a 3 monthly prize draw.

Global Test Market 45 points when I joined. Need 1000 to reach payout. Surveys now don't give me points, they enter me into a prize draw.

Toluna 1215 points. A £15 amazon voucher is 80000 points. Haven't had surveys for weeks.

Panelbase £3 which they gave me for registering. Payout is £10. Haven't had any surveys.

Valued Opinions. Nothing. Haven't received a single survey.

OnePoll. Signing up gave me £2.50. Earned 85p in surveys, then just prize draw entries, no money.

Wonderbug. Got 1500 points for signing up. Need 9000 to payout. Haven't had a single survey.

Vivatic £9.40. They pay out at £25. Get invited to surveys where they take loads of my details then screen me out. One of their partners on the site is Web Sourcing who let me do the occasional survey and supposedly credit my account for them weekly. Haven't been credited for any of them ( been several weeks since I did them ) so don't want to waste my time with them.

Populus Live Not a single thing.

Crowdology. Haven't been able to get the site to work since I joined 2 months ago.

Should I just give up ? I don't want to be entered into prize draws, I joined these sites because they supposedly pay out.

    Hi

Re: Valued Opinions just log into their site and see if there are any surveys. Don't think they send out emails.

I gave up doing Toluna surveys a while ago. Took me ages to reach 60,000 points and a couple of months to receive my payment.

Just received a email form Panelbase but I didn't qualify.

Contact Crowdology support@crowdology.zendesk.com about the problems you're having with their site.

Don't give up. Have you tried; https://www.newvistalive.com/Portal/Welcome.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fportal%2fdefault.aspx Payout is £50 (I'm on £42 at the mo and hope to receive my second cheque soon)

I check into them all daily, just in case! I thought I had joined new vista but I mustn't have, so I've applied for that too.
I left my part time job in August ( to fit round my little boy ) as my partner had finally found a full time job after 2.5 years with no work. I was doing well with chacha until they suspended loads of us cos it wasn't busy enough. I liked chacha, was gutted I got culled ! So any money I can make myself is great.
  • Yes, it does seem quiet at present. Re valued opinions-I get email alerts from them so check on your profile and see if you can update your details.
    Good luck!
    Back on the trains again!

  • I get about £15 a month from toluna (which IMO is the best one), about £5 a month from my survey, one poll and springboard. So roughly about £25 a month. Not a fortune but better than nothing.

This time last year toluna had a paying out issue but now they have been paying out quite quickly.

All the others arnt worth doing IMO.

    Hi

Joined valued opinions yesterday and just had my first survey

Just a thought - did you fully complete the 'lifestyle' bit of your profile? There were loads of questions about all different aspects of your life and I guess this is how they target people. It didn't take me into the full section when I registered - had to go back there to complete
  • Take a look at this, may be of help

New Vista only pay by cheque although you will find most are vouchers/paypal.

It's worth signing up to paypal (easy enough to do) or, create a dedicated account just for survey payouts.

If you do this through Topcashback you can get £34 for opening a basic Santander account.

Nice little profit if you don't mind
