iPad 2 no sound on some apps- help please

Hi,

I seem to have lost sound on some of apps, the sound is ok on itunes, youtube. I've looked at my settings and that seems ok and I've tried switching it on and off again but no difference.

Any ideas?

Sorry I'm a plonker, I must have switched it to silent by accident.

Ok I must be a plonked to as I had same issue first day I got mine lol

I don't get that. I thought the switch on the side muted it all, but it doesn't. It only seems to mute select apps, and i don't understand the logic of which ones either. Bit of a moot (ha!) point really.

if you want you can change the side switch to 'screen rotation lock' then just use the volume buttons to control the sounds.
