Nationwide Gold Card - pre/post 2011?

Hello all,
This may be a stupid question, so please be kind!...
I received a Nationwide Gold credit card a few years ago (i.e. before February 2011). Since then, that card has expired and I have been issued a new one (valid from Nov-11). Is this still a "Pre-Feb 11" card - which is good for overseas use - or would the terms have been changed on the card renewal to make it less attractive to use overseas?
Many thanks in advance for your help!

Originally there was no loading. Then all the gold cards were changed so that there was a 1% loading outside Europe, still no loading within Europe.
If you have a flexaccount, you might find they replace it with a "select" card - which is completely loading free.0 -
Hi Chattychappy,
Thanks for the response, but I don't think it totally answers my question. The MSE page on using credit cards overseas makes it very clear that the "pre Feb-11" card is a really really really good card to use overseas, but that cards since then are bog standard.
What I would like to know is... which card do I have? The card was first issued well before Feb-11, but has been replaced since then as the last one expired. Does this mean that my terms have been updated?
If the terms have been updated, I will probably cancel the card - I do not use it. However, if the terms remain good for travelling overseas, I will keep it, as I do a lot of overseas travel.
Thanks,

You still have a "pre Feb-11" card. Its a lot better for travelling overseas than "post Feb-11" Nationwide Gold cards but its not as good as it once was if you're using it outside Europe. Several other card providers are now offering better terms than Nationwide Gold cards now do (regardless of when the original agreement was signed )

Yes, you have the original version. The fact you have had an expired card replaced doesn't affect that.0
