Store Card PPI advice

Hi guys, i'm looking for some advice please if possible.

I've just successfully won a PPI case against Lloyds TSB against some old loans I had years ago. They were actually quite quick - I complained on 3rd November, and had a letter last week saying they were going to pay me £8362.

Now, I have two trickier problems to solve.

I once had two store cards - one with JJB Sports (handled by Creation Financial Services) and one for Comet (handled by GE Money).

Unfortunately, I paid off the JJB card in full a couple of years ago - and now, I have no record of my old account number, no old statements lying around, no anything in fact - however, I do know that I had card protection on this account. If I write to them, will they be able to find my old account simply by giving them my name and address? (The account is less than 6 years old - so by law, they should still have my account details and old paperwork on their system) - if so, they seem a huge company with many departments. Who would I need to write to, and how would I know if there is a charge to supply the information that I need (basically, just my account number, and a copy of the agreement from when I took out the store card).

With regards to the Comet/GE card - again, this was paid off in full - however, I do have my full account number for that account. DO I just write to these with my name, address and account number asking for copies of the agreement? Again, these are a big company - so i'm unsure of where to write to, and whether there is a charge for the information I need.

Any advice please?

Thanks in advance :D
