Returning lease car

I am due to return a lease car to lex in the next 6 months but I want to get rid early. I have spoke to lex and they say I can return it now but I'm concerned about the service. According to the service book it has to be done every 12 months but going on the service indicator in the car it doesn't need servicing for a few more months. I've only had one service since August 09. Just to confuse matters the dealer has sent a text saying it needs a service! Really don't want to service a car I'm sending back.

Also there is a Mark on one alloy wheel that was there when it got delivered as the dealers forgot to do a PDI. I have letters saying they forgot etc. Will lex try to charge me for that too?

Help as I have found my next car and want to get rid of the lease asap
