Parents moving to another part of UK partway through course

We presently live in Northern Ireland. Our daughter is planning to attend university from this September. It is possible that partway through the course we will move back to England. If this happens, will our daughter be treated as residing in Northern Ireland or England for subsequent years of her course?
This makes a difference in terms of the level of tuition fees she would be liable for but I cannot see any advice on this issue on the Student Finance site or other websites.
Can anyone advise on what the position would be?
