3 music store - DRM

Hi,

I used to buy quite a lot of music on my old phone (nokia) that I had on the 3 network as I had a £5 free download allowance per month - so 3 songs per month.

I used to be able to save them to my computer.

I have a new phone as that one broke, and have been trying to download all my old songs plus a new song I just bought but can't find anywhere on the 3 website that allows you to do this. I used to be able to do it online, but I've sent emails, phoned and done searches, and haven't had any joy.

Does anyone know how to do it? I can contact them tomorrow, but then my allowance for this month gets cancelled at midnight tonight, so would prefer to download 3 songs by tomorrow.

In addition, the song I bought today will not copy to my computer, as it says it's protected, and access is denied. It's an mp3 file.

Any suggestions? Would be very grateful :)
