Changing Username

Hi,

I've tried contacting technical support twice in the last few weeks about changing my username to something more anonymous. But I haven't had any response. Can anyone help on this bit of the forum?

    In case you didn't notice, most of the country was celebrating Christmas and then the New Year. I would imagine that the MSE Forum Team were running on minimal staff over this time, as many offices were, and non-urgent (non-abusive) requests are "on hold" until all staff return to work.

    Yes, I contacted them at the start of December (pre-Christmas). I've found the FAQ sticky for it now, but thanks for the comment :)
