Atlantic/Scottish Hydro

Hi all, I transferred my gas supply to Atlantic but the bills I receive are headed Scottish Hydro Electric. I know they are both part of Scottiish and Southern,but shouldn't I receive bills from Atlantic. The reason I'm asking is that when I checked the rates for both companies, I am being charged on the SHE tariff - not the Atlantic tariff which is cheaper.
Does anyone know of any reason for this?
