how do I find old account numbers/ no reply

After succesfully claiming back bank charges a few years ago I decided to go about PPI reclaims on old bank loans/credit cards...

after recieving my stat credit reports I have sent a few of the template letters off requesting the terms and conditions of my accounts. The problem being I do not know my account numbers.

I sent the letters over eight weeks ago along with a photcopy of my passport . i havent had a reply from any lender,,, namely rbs, capital one and hsbc

any ideas?

regards

As you dont know account numbers, it is possible, indeed, probable, that some of them wont hold any documentation on you.

Also, why are you asking for terms and conditions?

Clearly, the CCA £1 method wont apply as these are closed debts. Did you send your £10 with the subject access request?
