Hi guys.
DD2 received this from her GP's for Christmas. There's lots of pics on the camera, but the PC says 'file is empty' and 'no new images to download', despite there being lots on the camera itself.
I've tried installing the software, I've tried uninstalling and downloading driver from the vivtar site, all to no avail.
I've tried different usb ports and I've tried removing the SD card and inserting that on it's own into the PC.
Is it likely the camera has somne sort of fault? Or am I just doing something stupid?
Thanks.

I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.
Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.
