Anyone else having problems logging in to their accounts today?
I always have trouble logging in. I don't log on often and it seems that each time I have to re-set the password. Why do you have to enter a new password in capitals the first time and then it is case sensitive after that? It would be so much more sensible for it to be case sensitive every time.0
