We do we start a claim any help would be great

Hi there my wife has had a few loans with alliance & les.

She was told at the time she had to have the ppi. We were young an didn't really mind or care. But all I have seen lately is ppi re claim.

We do not have any info on her account any more but she always payed it out of her natwest account so they should find it.

How long have you got till you can't claim. Also when we payed the loans off I had to pay the whole ppi aswell

Any help or guidance would be great, I don't mind using one of the companies that help you as long as there not scamming me.

Find the account numbers, when you have these look here for reasons for mis sell

If any/all apply, then put a claim in,you can do this over the phone.

You will do all the above (all the company will do is post the claims letter off) it will be money for old rope for them.

That is all you have to do,it is a no brainer, why give a % of any potential win, when you can keep it all to yourself?.

Do you have evidence to support that allegation?
We were young an didn't really mind or care.

Presumably she was at least 18 years old. That means she was considered an adult and capable of making her own informed decisions - so you would evidence that she was misinformed.

The fact that it is a popular mantra does not make it right.
We do not have any info on her account any more but she always payed it out of her natwest account so they should find it.

I suggest you try looking at the Natwest statements to see if there is a direct debit and a reference number.

There is no such thing as "one of the companies that help you". They only help themselves - mainly to redress that rightfully belongs to complainants.

If that is not a scam I don't know what is.

Hi thanks for the info, I have found paper work with acc num, also tells me about the insurance which was 850 extra. How long can I go back cus the loan was taken out back in 2002 but I think I payed it off 5 years ago. My wife is going to ring them tomorrow what should she say.
