Has anyone bought this mattress ? I got mine mid Sept.2011 At first it was great to lay on, but it started sagging right after one night. I rotated the mattress 3 times in 3 months. After three months the sagging is un-ignorable. I've decided that I will complaint (I should have complaint earlier). But I also like to hear others who have the same mattress to see if this is a one off. I weight 65 KG (~10 Stones).

Pocket sprung mattresses will sag/settle even after just 1 night. It's called settlement of the fillings, it's the mattress doing it's job properly and moulding around the body. Just like walking on the same bit of carpet all the time. The bits that get used, will flatten.
Rotating or turning a mattress will help, weekly for the 1st 10-12 weeks and then monthly thereafter.
The question is? How much has it settled? Is it over settlement?
Your 1st port of call is to contact the seller and get them out to have a look at it.Helping the country to sleep better....ZZZzzzzzzz0 -
The mattress, which is not even 6 months old, dips by over 2 inches or 5 cm. in the middle. Laying on the side of the mattress is like laying on a slope, however, the "independent 'expert' ", chosen and paid for by Sealy, concluded that there was nothing wrong with the mattress at all. Sealy insist that there is nothing wrong with the mattress and that the dipping is well below the tolerance allowed on the mattress ! So BE WARNED, THIS IS SEALY STANDARD ! I've spent £ 700 on a mattress that doesn't even last a night.0
