Leolan vinyl flooring

Looking for affordable flooring options for our downstairs hallway/kitchen/dining room. Would love to know if anyone has used leolan flooring. Ideally I would put down something like Amtico but we have a tiny budget. This seems like the cheaper end of vinyl flooring but cant find any reviews on the product. Any opinions welcomed.
