Argh! Sent Wrong Memory Stick By Ebuyer!! CS No Use Whatsoever!

I ordered this http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/104891 MSXM2GN (2GB) a few days ago. Anyone who's familiar with the Sony memory sticks will know that the ordinary and the High Speed ones are packaged differently.
There's a picture of the High Speed version on ebuyer, and it's mentioned a few times on the reviews, too. The model number quoted on ebuyer is MSXM2GN (I checked by typing it into a search engine).
This is the one I got..
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sony-2GB-PRO-Duo-MSX-M2GS/dp/B000BU2FKC/sr=8-3/qid=1170853536/ref=pd_ka_3/202-5841463-4759003?ie=UTF8&s=electronics MSXM2GST/X (Click on enlarge image to see model number).
I phoned up Customer Services querying why I got the ordinary card (which is cheaper). The woman told me that it doesn't "state" that it is a High Speed card. It doesn't state that, no, but the information given is very misleading.
Can anybody help!!!! I was told to return it, I'm very annoyed!!! I asked how I could receive the same High Speed card as other customers..she wasn't much help, she told me again, "return it".
Where can I get a *genuine* 2GB Sony Pro Duo High Speed card? Ebay and Amazon Marketplace are riddled with fakes.
As a sidenote..I've had months of misery after buying a fake, slow High Speed card from an Amazon Marketplace seller. I only want to use my phone as the mp3 player/camera it was intended!! (Not ebuyer's fault, but still very frustrating!).
That is another long story in itself..the Amazon Marketplace seller ignored my emails for nearly 3 months, then sent a cheque for £20!! after I paid £66.49! Amazon were kind enough to refund the difference after I complained, though.

The website quotes the manufacturers part number more than once so it is fair that you would expect to get that product and not a different one. Ebuyer have sent the wrong item. If Ebuyer want you to return it, you need them to pay for the return postage. Can Ebuyer send a prepaid jiffy bag or arrange a courier collection?
Ebuyer T&Cs say...
In the case of faulty or misdescribed goods the Supplier shall, after receiving notification in accordance with condition 8.4, 8.5 or 8.6, either collect the goods from you or ask you to return the goods to the Supplier in accordance with the Supplier's Returns procedure (see condition 12 below).

Section 12 refers you to the returns policy...

I phoned Customer Service again. Ebuyer CS said they only send out the "ordinary" memory cards, she checked with the warehouse apparently. Which is this one.. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sony-2GB-PRO-Duo-MSX-M2GS/dp/B000BU2FKC/sr=8-3/qid=1170853536/ref=pd_ka_3/202-5841463-4759003?ie=UTF8&s=electronics
The woman at CS said the people that got the High Speed version (as on the customer reviews) must have got it "by mistake", or were "lucky".
They had no note of my first call, I wonder why! I was annoyed but I wasn't rude.
I'm certainly not paying to return it! I'll wait until they reply to my enote.
PS - Someone on Ebuyer Forum replied, "Certainly a case could be made that the image was misleading, but also if you read the full information it should have dawned on you that it wasn't the full speed card" which annoyed me even more!
Where's the "full information" on here, then? I'd love to know what he/she means. http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/104891
Maybe it was an ebuyer employee replying, who knows. They've lost a loyal customer!0 -

The photo is of an MSXM2GN and it is referred to as that twice in the text (once in the "full information").
Since the MSXM2GN is the high speed version then that is what they are offering, what you selected and that is what they owe you.
If they are now claiming otherwise then they are guilty of misrepresentation at least ... possibly fraud.0 -
This was another helpful reply on Ebuyer Forum yesterday.. "if ebuyer have sent you the wrong one, anyone with common sense will just send it back saying the wrong 1 has been sent.
its not hard
every company makes mistakes its not just ebuyer."
I know cheeky responses on their Forum aren't that important but it didn't help my bad mood. I think a dum-dum like me can manage to return it! Missing the point or what!
After a third phone call to them yesterday afternoon, they said they'll double-check to see if they actually have the High Speed card in stock.0 -
You will probably find that the ebuyer forum is policed by ebuyer who will have their own posters playing up the ebuyer side of things.0

They've now changed their site to show the picture of the memory card I received.. http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/104891
Ebuyer missed a couple of things, though. The Customer Reviews saying they received a High Speed card still remain!! As does the model number MSXM2GN.
I've heard zilch so far from ebuyer. If this is the "ordinary" Sony card I got, why did I pay £41.11, not £36.49, for mine? Hmm!
Lets hope they don't make out I'm losing my marbles when I phone them on Monday..0
