Were you in Northampton as well at uni? I would presume as you were in rented maybe something wasn't paid and the letting agent/ management company took out a CCJ. See what you get. However don't forget any court in the land can look this up for you.

ccjs are not necessarily heard in your local court, they send them where there is free court space, we live nowhere near northants but some of ours were issued from there. and yes, any court cab check for you - i always found them really helpful

Northampton is the bulk processing centre which deals with those cases where a hearing is not required - eg defendant either admits the claim or does not submit a defence.

Don't blame you. I'm grateful I'm not knowledgeable
  • I was in Brighton ... thats no way near Northampton :)
However, the credit report and trustonline.com search suggest that the Judgments were issued from Northampton CCBC court.

Do you guys have any idea how do I go about requesting a copy of the Claim Forms from the Court?
I mean, can I request the information via email? Are there any forms to fill out? Any fees to be paid?
