Can you link to a specific message within a thread ??

I know you can link to a thread or a page of thread.

But how you can link to a specific message within thread, so thread displays from that message & person does not have to scroll down ??

I think it does.
4,074,789 is the number on the front page of actual posts.
The larger number would be because of all the posts deleted over the years.
