address of ceo??

Does anyone have the address or the e-mail address of the ceo of hsbc bank please?

Just got my standard 'not upholding your complaint' this is final, letter from bank and now want to send second letter.

Has anyone had any joy in claiming bank charges back from hsbc, there dont seem to be any success stories for this bank?

Depends on the reasons. Since the banks won the court case, "unfair" complaints get rejected. There are still some successes with hardship cases and first time offenders but only on a goodwill basis.

And when the staff that intercept the CEO email address then pass it on to the complaints department who will then match it up with your existing complaint and tell you that they have already given their decision, what will you do then?

Brian Robertson. Chief Executive of HSBC. managingdirectoruk@hsbc.com
The e-mail addy shows MD but is listed as the contacted addy for him.

Make sure you have a strong case before making contact.

I tried to copy website of UK CEO e-mail addresses but it won't copy.
