scottish power OES4 - can I transfer it to another property?

I have had a look on the Scottish Power website and can't find what I am looking for and the online assistant only gives answers to pre identified topics.

I am currently on the online energy saver 4 tarrif but from what I can see it doesn't exist any more for new customers. As an existing customer can I transfer it across to a new house when I move home in a couple of weeks?

I had a look on uswitch a few weeks ago and given my usage, there isn't much that would work out cheaper. Any ideas?
