I called them, told them I have 11 cartridges (me work out around £37ish to me pocket) and how do I send it to them - she told me to print the free post which has my barcode account & send it off in a jiffy bag. As it will take longer if they send me the envelopes.

That's because they want to check the quality of the cartridge, make sure not refill if that is what you claimed.0 -
