The shots are in a little bottle, kind of the size you get the Yakult and Actimal drinks in, they are silvery with green and yellow on and generally on promotion ends, or with the 'wake up' type stuff in the vitamin section.

Doc - I've only used them a couple of times but I've sent cartridges off here previously http://www.therecyclingfactory.com/

I think I have the envelopes they sent me ages ago - tbh I haven't used them for a couple of years (ditched our printer at the time as it kept printing wonkey - and it was the days before couponing )
