they think its great when you tell them how much your latest shop cost
but when you mention coupons they don't want to try it for themselves.

QUOTE=cosmic-dust;51267817]Any of you have trouble converting you friends/family to using coupons?

Trying to tell my friend tonight how to use coupns to their advantage, but they just couldn't be told. All I got in return was it's cheaper in poundland. Er no it's not....the example was the lenor offer at T's well it's £1.68 and you use a £1 off coupon from SSM mission control, so you get it for 68p. But no it's cheaper in poundland ARGH![/QUOTE]
  • shes been ill
so hopefully this absence means shes doing as told and is curled up in bed

Blue, if you are reading, £5 off No 7 vouchers are back ;) can be used on accessories.

FT, been ill since last week and going to bed early, not felt much like posting either.

On strong antibiotics now, hopefully will be better before go back to work next week :( 2 weeks paid holiday wasted being ill.

was out MSing today, in the rain and got fined by nursery for being late, because of stoopid MS job  really annoyed. but hey that's life for you.

remembered to do some check ins with quidco app though :)

and Doc...... you testing a Vax product? if not you, you have a doppelganger.....

Congratulations Amy_Lou (I think), I had a years supply from a Boffer freebie a few years ago (didn't know what the Boffer-offer was, just that it was free and clicked the button!). I got them in March and they had a use-by date of April that same year

Incidentally, when some-one says 'a year's supply' of something, how do they measure it? - especially with condoms. I mean some people might need more in a year than others :o

    haha thanks ( i think)
i must say i am quite curious to see what a years supply is classed as :D

I got my mum couponing now she's just as obsessed as i am, i wouldn't be suprised if she's lurking round these boards somewhere, she's even been sending coupons to my nan to use,

my friends weren't having any of it tho, they're on the lines of o well we can afford to pay full price ...... But whhhhhy would you want too.....

shopndrop definately recommend begging stealing or borrowing a steamer they do a fantastic job but also a good wallpaper scraper paper just falls off so quick and easy

Managed to borrow one - it is fantastic. Now finished stripping the walls. Did 3 sides of the room tonight.
I'm sorry.I don't mean to be mrs ranty tonight. My family just get me all hot under the collar sometimes:o:o

Think we all have family members like that !
  • I also can't get family interested in vouchers; they couldn't be bothered with DTD; or even Mcains- but they all moan that they dont have enough money!!
Hope everyone is feeling better soon.
