their argument basically is i said if you dont like the thread dont read it (and generally stop !!!!!ing) and they are now saying does the same go for the bnp manifest and posting a link of banned books.
I have replied pointing out that there is such a thing as perspective and placement0 -
It has made me think of a new signature (and one of my favorite insults)
"never come to a battle of wills unarmed":rotfl:0 -
I wonder who the bnp poster is.
That sounds like a conversation i'm up for!
Unfortunatly the poster on womble is just guilty of dragging out the same old arguments in the wrong places0 -
I'm still here...just...go on Monday, weather looks set to be a perfect 20/21 degrees, been really busy sorting packing etc as will be taking my walking boots/rucksack etc with me for the famous Levada walks I've heard a lot about...and entering comps , need to keep up my win ratio just to annoy Doc...won 12 advents so far , plus a great sixtyplusurfers win ....been out today for massive long walk took 3 hours and am absolutely cream crackered now, me and hubby always walk loads the few days before we fly anywhere...incorporated the post office on this walk and posted .....for the 3rd time the watch I had promised Blue....realised the awkward shape of the box it was in was causing the probs , so this time just posted the watch in 2 jiffy bags and a label stuck down with a million pieces of sellotape...if that does not get there , then I will give up....hope you get it in time for your birthday Blue....

No watch for Aesop cos she doesn't go to the GFS. You gotta have a watch if you go to the GFS so you can meet up with the non drinkers after you have sampled all the free alcohol;):rotfl::rotfl:Plus Bully wants to make sure that I turn up on time for my meal, assuming she has a day in between unpacking, packing and holidays to fit me and mad in:DBe thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

I'll keep you in mind should I win another, I have won 3 watches in the past,I promised this one to Blue as she doesn't have one, we were at the GFS and she did not know what time it was as she had left her mobile phone in the hotel ...when I entered the comp that I won this watch on, I had no idea what the prize was or would not have entered to win it as I have 2 very nice watches that serve me well..one gold one for special occassions and my everyday Omega which hubby bought me as my retirement prezzie..... he already had an Omega Seamaster, the Moon watch as it is known , the one worn by astronauts...and as I had worked so very hard in the business with him he thought I deserved a decent watch too, ( what he actually meant was, one with a larger face so that I can tell what the time is more easily as my eyesight is not what it was...it's an age thing...)talking of age...my mother is 92 today...How good is that?0
