don't know, haven't sent mine off yet, think within 14 days?

And how do they pay? I mean do I have to log in & check to see if any ££ gone into my account on their site?

I could not find any info regarding payment to me. Whether I should be contacting them or I should be checking my account.

Oh, also got my Platinum card from Post Office. That is a real easy money £50 tracked & to be paid end Feb.

    The funny thing is :-

    I called them yesterday:-

Me : Hello, I got my card & letter from your company, I log into your website to apply for paperless statement.

PO : I am sorry, we are post office company and we send out paper statement.

Me: Yes I know, but I want to go for paperless statement

PO: No we don't do that, its because we are royal mail.

Me: Your company are not very eco-friendly are they? What a waste of carbon footprint & postage. Hand on a minute you are Royal Mail - no wonder you insisted on sending monthly statement out.

    PO: laughing & said yes.

    Me : Oh ok. Thanks

20000 Clubcard points have gone on my account for the samsung phone so will get them in this months statement balance £229. Now need to get my head round whether to carry on with Avios miles as doing a promo this month think until March each £2.50 gives 1000 miles instead of the normal 600 but not happy with changes or now doing Virgin flyer thing but haven't got a clue how they work decision decision. Weren't sure if they would go on in time
