change over phone supplier

my mum changed to post office for her phone in nov 2011.she was with bt& had paid her line rental with bt for 12th oct - 11th jan ,she has also paid post office line rental for nov-jan will she get a refund from bt or do you have to apply for it .

    Remember there is also a 30 day notice period - the bill will be calculated to include this, and any residual amount will bew sent by cheque automatically - usually 2-3 weeks after the Final Bill is recieved.
  • When we moved from BT the idiot at the other end didn't send our refund so it might be possible that you have to ring them up and remind them to send you your cheque if one is owed.
