    If they can see the auction is a scam (dodgy details, history etc) then an auction wrecker will purposely put in a huge bid to prevent other innocent buyers falling for the scam.
    It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

    Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.

    It could also be a competitor trying to eliminate the auction from the market.
    Or a Nigerian scammer.
    Or someone with a grudge against the seller.
