DRO question

Options
Hi all & a Happy NY to you all,

I have a DRO- obtained in Aug :j. My question is if I get a new job with a significant wage increase what happens next? (I know I would need to contact the IS)

-do I then need to repay my whole debt or is it a partial amount?

~Thanks in advance~
2009- 5 debts
2010- 3 debts- 2 gone :j should be only 2 by years end.

2012- DRO ended! Just student loan to pay off.

who have your done your DRO through? you will need to contact them to review your income and expenditure. once this has been sorted you will need to contact the DRO unit to inform them of the changes. Should your surplus be under £50 a month then the DRO will continue, if not the DRO will be revoked and you will be in a position where you will be liable for the entire debt, including any interest and charges added after the DRO was granted. you may then wish to consider a DMP if that's the case for you
