Hi guys. Mine and my OH's tribunal date is in a couple of weeks, and we'd like a bit of advice about preparing for it. Firstly, we haven't received any copies of our ex-boss's ET3 - is this normal? In fact, we haven't even been told if he responded at all. Do we have to take copies of the evidence that we sent to the ET?…

If you prepare properly and carefully and listen to what you are asked to do, then there is no reason to be scared. Tribunals are not as formal as other courts and you won't be penalised for not being a professional.
