The winner and their chosen travel companion will fly with Air Canada to Toronto to begin their adventure across the province, fully kitted out in Berghaus gear.

Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Competition open to UK residents only over the age of 18, except employees of Air Canada and Berghaus, their families, agents or anyone connected with this competition.
2. Entries must be received by midday on 20TH December 2012.
3. There is only one prize. The winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries received prior to the close of the competition.
4. By entering, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any associated entry requirements. Any breach of these terms and conditions by an entrant will void their entry. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.
5. The promoter will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost or damaged.
6. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
7. Only one entry per person. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
8. The prize includes: Flights with Air Canada to Toronto from London returning from Toronto to London, 13 nights’ accommodation in several locations across the Province. Accommodation is based on two adults sharing on a room-only basis. All subject to availability.
9. The prize also includes £1000 worth of Berghaus kit.
10. The prize must be taken between 03 May and 14 October 2013. The prize is subject to availability and excludes bank holidays and school holidays and date restrictions may apply. All other costs and expenses associated with the holiday, including travel insurance, shall be the responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, all necessary visas, and adequate travel and medical insurance.
11. By entering, winners agree to their names and general locations being used for publicity purposes.
12. By entering, entrants agree to receiving further information from Ontario Tourism and Berghaus.
13. The winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
14. Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

It says I've entered already. I went off to check and the only comp I could find was this one posted by Gosia, which has a different end date but same question ???

My thinking is that the other comp here finished early & the bump here with the new question is actually for the 2012 comp & not for the 2011 comp.

Also says I have entered. I was given the option to update my details and it seems that I have entered previously.

Can't find it on here as a dupe but if I find a comp that is not on the board I post it so something must have been on here previously.

At least we are not going to disqualify ourselves by entering twice.
