bradford & bingley shares

Hi Not sure if right forum to post this question, any replies would be appreciated!

I have 250 B&B shares, these are worth £4.63 as of today, and i was looking to sell them to pay off a credit card. I know its a bit of a silly question, but does anyone know if this is a decent time to sell, am i getting the most i can for them, ot best to hang onto them for a while..??

I don't mean to be rude, but if we knew the answer to this question, we would all be millionaires by now.

If I were to set aside the question of the "best time" to sell and, instead, to focus on credit card interest vs appreciation in the vvalues of your shares, I would suggest that the interest you are likely to pay on the credit card balance will exceed any gains in share value, at least in the short term.

That's just my opnion, though.

Specific investment advise is not allowed on this forum.

If you think you need the money now then sell them otherwise do your own research as to what you think the future might bring, and compare this with the interest you are paying on your credit card.
