Could be pretty much any West Sussex McDonalds (I am in West Sussex too!). The Watchdog link we tell people to watch (on our sticky thread, 'welcome, please read before posting') was a fake PCN in a McDonald's car park too.
It doesn't really matter which one really, the advice to ignore it is the same whatever the circumstances, even if she had parked up and gone Chrimbo shopping for 8 hours.
Not that we condone doing that because thoughtless parking is one reason why these PPCs manage to convince retailers to let them have a slice of their pie. So simple rule on this forum is don't deliberately upset the landowner/retailers, always pay a reasonable P&D amount or find a free car park or bay.
But also never pay a private fake PCN.
Bankruptcy is wished for 2012 upon all PPCs - a wish sent with love from me!!
The UK can function perfectly well without your nose in the trough, thanks Perky & co.
