Tesco Groceries double refund

I had my food shopping delivered today, and some chicken was missing from the delivery. I was a bit annoyed because today was the last day of it being half price.
I phoned them up and they refunded twice what it cost so I can afford to get it all full price.
I've got to say I have always been pleased with their customer services, they have never turned down anything I have asked for and sometimes given me extra as well.

:j Baby bonce was born on Christmas morning after a ridiculously short labour and no pain relief! If only losing the baby weight was as easy!:T
