Old iPhone on ebay so hopefully that will pay for the new one and its a bit of decluttering too0

So need to empty this house of stuff.
1. Broken Christmas decoration in the bin, its been hanging around for 3 years trying to get a bulb to make it work, but it would appear to be impossible so enough is enough.
2. Dressing gown in the bin cause its way past it.
3. 5 tops and a skort in the charity bag which will be picked up from the door on Monday, mission is to fill it by then.0 -
4. 4 vases to the Salvation Army Charity Shop. I've decided that they are going to be my CS for this year.
still got another 4 vases, how on earth did I manage to get 8 - total madness..0 -
Just updated my MFIT-T3 only £16k to go, might even make it before the end of 2014, that would be so exciting.0

wow, that is exciting, well done you. Are you still saving as well? We have just requested our overpayments back from nationwide and it is only going to take a week to get them so am looking at future overpayments as emergency savings.mortgage 1 33,000. paid nov 2012
. mortgage 2 87,000 due 51,686.76 at july 2013, but then:new home and remortgage ... £101065.43:eek: now 74k0 -
Kind of lost the plot for a bit, its been a personally challenging year but I feel like I'm getting back to normal.
So MFIT -T3 balance 13572.31 OK with that but used to be able to put 300 a month more to it but no wage rise for 3 years and and a new car have impacted on that, but I do love the new truck.0 -
Further advance all paid off just the main mortgage to go now. It's at 11,078.91 to go. Determined to get it clear this year. I've had a wage rise due to moving to a new job so that is going to help
