I've checked our order lists and we definately don't have any record of receiving an order from you, so the payment obviously didn't go through.

As I mentioned earlier, when a payment is received via Worldpay, you would receive an email from us, but also one from Worldpay, to confirm that the transaction has been completed.

Today is the last day of our special 10% and 20% discount offer, so if you would like to proceed with your order, you can still take advantage of the 20% saving.

Alternatively, feel free to send me a personal message and I will arrange for your order to be processed manually, ( I would still deduct the 20% for you).

I placed another order over easter with https://www.kidzrags.co.uk and they delivered very quickly, my young un will be very well dressed if they carry on like this! The charity offer is very kind too, thank you, i have emailed you my order number kidzrags so you can pass the money to the cahrities.
