My name is Louise and I am the owner of one of the sites that has been mentioned on this thread www.trendytadpoles.co.uk

I have been advised of the fact that my site has been discussed on this site and I have been following the comments but have decided to keep out of the discussions as it is clear that I am not permitted to promote my own site.

At this point, however, I feel I must step in as I am concerned to read the comments from jellyhead regarding an order placed on Wednesday.
Every single order that we receive is responded to immediately after the payment is processed. This response is via an email which confirms that we have received the order and the payment.

After that, we we pack the order and an additional email is sent to the customer to confirm that the order has been sent, and by which method.
As a general rule, the order will be sent either on the day the order is placed, or on the following day.

Jellyhead, if you have not received either of these 2 emails, then I can only assume that you gave us an incorrect email address. I can confirm that all orders received on Wednesday were shipped on Thursday, but if you would like to give me your order number I would be happy to track it down for you.

I run my business with customer service as a main priority, and we take pride in the fact that a large amount of our business comes from regular customers who recommend us to their friends.

I hope these comments help, but if anyone has any questions, I would be happy to answer them either via this site or you can email me personally.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I placed an order with Trendy Tadpoles on Monday, got confirmation of despatch the next day, and received the clothes today. I am really pleased with everything I ordered, and would definitely use them again.

i could understand if i'd made a mistake in the email address i gave but i wouldn't have given an incorrect email and credit card number, i'm not that dopey lol! credit card hasn't been charged. louise if you can look it up my order was for £17 after the 20% discount and i live in staffordshire, name of steadman. i'm not technically minded, but is there a problem with my browser maybe? i use firefox.

I use Firefox (bless them!) and have no problems with the site. Did you get a Worldpay email? If your card hasn't been charged, and you haven't received Worldpay emails at least, I would assume something went wrong during your ordering. Were there any error messages?

i can't remember :-( i'm sure it went through, i ordered from them and then ordered from the other site. my brain's a bit fuzzy though, pregnancy hormones i didn't get a worldpay email no.

I would safely assume that your order didn't go through. Contact the shop to confirm they have no record of it and then try again, if you still want the goods. )
