I have a Halifax current account which I pay my wages into and pay all my dd from, but I've heard about a handy wee facility where you can set up virtual individual savings pots and divvi any savings into them as and when. Does anyone know what these accounts are called and how to access them?

Don't try to keep up with the Joneses - Drag them down to your level - it's cheaper .

Open lots of Online Saver accounts with £1 each, call them what you want and take it from there.
It will takes you less than a minute for each one (hopefully)!

Make a note to review the arrangement in a year when the bonus drops off.0 -
Thank you for that - I've scoured the pages looking for that very explanation.
