omg bells that app is amazing, I have found the calories of everything and have tracked my workout too :)

ok so roo is asleep again, I've managed to put him down for a nap three times today :) although I think he might be waking up now.

ok so far with my list I have:

    text my nan
    unloaded dw
    loaded dw
    wiped worktops
    washed up
    dried up
    tidied up downstairs
expressed a bottle :) (im finding this increasingly difficult at the moment to try and do enough)
I made a cake (but it tasted awful so thats gone in the bin

Will have to sort the washing out but it will more than likely be before I go to bed tonight. I'm just settled on the sofa watching tv with a cuppa, with the baby monitor stuck to my ear. Diet has gone out the window again but I did manage to do 30mins on the cross trainer and do my sit ups :)

Going to start a fresh maybe on monday as I am out all day tomorrow, and now thanks to the lovely app recommended by bella I can swap some foods for less calorific ones :)

That is great with Roos napping , sounds like you are doing really well.

What time do you express, I found the best time was in the morning to get the most.

First thing, but it's trying to express 4 ozs and then be able to feed him after, it's ok if I give him the bottle not long after but trying to save the bottle til tomorrow is the problem.

Omg even though OH is hundreds of miles away he still manages to wind me up and upset me! He really doesn't get it and me wanting an hour to myself to go for a run surely isn't too much to ask! But apparently what he's got to do is far more important, like getting his hair cut!!!!!!!!!! Grrrrrr sooooo cross! X

(((HUGS))) Sounds like you need them!

OH's will never get it hun ... simple as that. Can totally empathise! Last night mine huffed off upstairs to see to a whinging Sadie and stomped back downstairs muttering "I was trying to chop the onions", like that was the most important thing in the world. He needs to learn to multi-task - its what I do all day!!
Wandered away from the MSE track for a while but am back and on a mission! Debts cleared nearly £18k. Now to start saving ...

I definately agree on the men thing! Thankfully OH only jokes about the housework and doesn't actually get annoyed or anything . He does wind me up though when he is off work and will sit on the computer and if i go off to do something he ends up bringing Poppy in saying she wants her mum arghh!
