dla medical assessment

Hi,
DH has got to attend a medical assessment for his dla.(he is currently in receipt of low level care and mobility)
Does anybody know what to expect from the assessment?

Basing this on my assessment - which was at home.
The doctor seemed to have read my claim form, so asked questions about things related to my answers, and was interested about how I managed in general.

It's basically just to get more insight into your condition, to allow them to make better decisions.
There was no 'medical' as such.
