What a sad indictment of our failing education system, it appears that a basic command of the English language is no longer a requirement for aspiring graduates.

I despise PPC's but I won't bait them, to me that's sad. There's a car park that's run by CP Plus (the same PPC who wanted £120 from me 2 years ago, but never got it) which I park in when I get my hair cut and I always pay the £1.20.

However if I was to accidentally overstay in a motorway services, or a supermarket car park etc and they tried to charge me, I would not pay it.

No difference of opinion on paying the scammers though, you will find that 100% people here are firmly in the don't pay department.
