we bought a suite from dfs,,on fiance,from dfs
suit was not wot we ordered so after a drawn out affair dfs took suit back,,and we were told that was end of it,,but we are getting letters from hitachi wanting payment,and they have added ccharges,,so much for trusting dfs to contact thm and tell them wot has happened,,foned them today and they are closed,,by the time they open again,,that will be another payment due to them,,in there commputerised world,wot a mess right from the start,,never again will i trust anyone in ant shop ever again,,in mean time happy neww year to you all
