Savings Accounts That Have 'Multiple Accounts'

Hi all,
So I found out today that my ING Direct saving account is not protected by the UK protection scheme.
So I figured 2012 would be a good time for me to shop around for a new saving & ISA provider.
However, the one thing I loved about ING is that you can create smaller accounts under the umbrella of your main account. So for example I have a holiday account, a tax account (Im self employed), an Xmas account etc.
What other savings accounts offer this way of segregating funds? Because of my self employed circumstances, it is a format that really suits me.

A couple of existing threads regarding ING, which probably answer most, if not all, of the questions:

It is always different this time. The only thing that is the same is the outcome.
Portfolios are like personalities - one that is balanced is usually preferable.

Halifax, Lloyds TSB, BoS, IF would all give you multiple savings accounts that can be named (*never used IF so only 90% sure they can be named).0

Yep, IF accounts can definitely be named
.
If you change ISA provider now definitely do so again in April when the new tax year starts as that is when the best rates are on offer0 -
IF.COM - does everything you need. I have 8 iSaver accounts and all named differently.. it works perfectly.
I believe the interest is around 2.xx% at the moment.daveshoelace wrote: »Hi all,
