Make sure you pop in to Asda each day - you'll soon learn where the reduced counters are and what times the new reduced things are put out. Don't forget to check on grabbit before you go - it's maddening to come BACK from Asda/tesco etc and THEN find a bargain.

Asda parasols have been reduced to £5.50 (large, green or blue canvas market stall types with wooden pole) - still lots at swansea asda this afternoon. Also reduced to around 75p to £1.25 are seat cushions for patio chairs. Just in time for the sunny bank holiday weekend.......
PS the parasol tip has already been posted on a separate thread by someone else but I can't find the thread - but thank you to that poster..

Digital thermometer - 38p. Says needs AA battery but one is included. Can switch between C and F, and has a probe for outdoors and a switch for in/out. Can't go wrong for 38p. Saw plenty in Pudsey Wallmart Supercentre (Leeds)

My local Tesco had it for £1.49 a bottle this weekend, along with a load of other reduced suncare products.

Just been in Asda and they are selling Twinings Pure Green Tea (50 teabags) for 20p a box reduced from £2.40.

In my local store they were on a feature end near the "one basket only" till.

Selling fast though.
