Broken Printer

I've seen that some charities take unwanted mobile phones, whether they're working or not. I have a broken printer. Will it be of use to any charity, or is it better off in the bin?

I wouldn't take it to a charity shop as we'd just bin it.
I haven't heard about any charity taking broken printers but i'll have a look around and chat with some contacts.
Have you thought of freecycling it?

The unwanted phones is part of a recycling scheme that they have joined that is my guess.
Not heard about broken printers before.0 -
Your local council should have some kind of recycling scheme for items like that. try ringing them (they should have a general enquiries number).
All I can think of I'm afraid!0 -
We accept mobile phones as part of a recycling incentive. Broken printers or broken anything for that matter are a different thing entirely. Straight in the skip unfortunately.debt free...yippee :dance:0
