1899 problems!

I have been using 1899 and have found theat more often than not I get the message 'this is a free phone call' when dialing a mobile, then after a few rings the message comes up ' you have entered an incorrect code' and disconnect so I have to dial again, or it will say ' this line is engaged' when it isn't so I have to redial.
It's not just the mobiles it does it to but I do find that to make any call it often takes me two or three tries (all of which i am charged for I expect!!)
Does anyone else have this?
Sky

You can check whether you have been charged by reference to your on-line invoice.
