Indeed, take the advice you have asked for and been given - IGNORE PARKING EYE they will send you lots of letters trying to make you think they have some authority when infact they have NONE...

Many people (myself included) have ignored Private Parking Companies and never had any legal consequences from doing so and we write on here trying to ensure the PPC scam stops, very soon you too will have the confidence to tell others.

I've had a couple of dealing with Parking Eye recently, first ticket i contacted them, told them the circumstances, they weren't interested so I came on here and took the advise not to deal with them further. I had a few letters then all went quiet.

Second contact was just 3 letters, all ignored, now had no contact for about 6 month

I don't believe it, it's a car-park not making reasonable adjustments for disabled people as required under the Equalities Act. If they decide to hire an idiot whom decides to waste time in court it shall be laughed out.

    Ignore Parking Spy

    Ignore Parking Spy

Tut Tut Parking Eye, Direct Discrimination contrary to the Equalities Act 2010, failure to make reasonable adjustment, as soon as the disabled person appealed, and proved disability under the ACT, your dismissal of the appeal became a breach, leaving you open to a claim imho,
