Royal Canin sensitivity control wet....cheapest

Just got back from the vets with my Joseph....poor cat is suffering with constipation, he manages to go but it is very distressing for him, throwing up and he's in pain....soon as he's been he's right as rain, so we've been to see if there is any underlying problems, he's 10 years old, and he's a house cat, his choice I have another cat who's always out. anyway he's fine other than being overweight...my fault...he's been on royal canin dry obese food for years, he's lost some weight, but he's still fat so the vet has put him on sensitivity control, the wet one, 2 pouches a day. It is costing me £10 for 12 pouches at the vets, I have paid in to pet plan for 10 years and never claimed but they won't cover any of it....my premiums are £14.41 per month and I can't change as he's too old to get cover anywhere else. If he does not improve he may need to have an opp to have his colon removed costing £1.500, they will pay for this, but I don't want to put my poor boy through a life threatening opp.
Right now he's running round like a kitten, you wouldn't believe it...I thought he was auditioning for casualty this morning....
Any cheaper ways to buy this sensitive food...anyone bought it online, I have seen it online but I am little afraid of buying something that may not be the real thing.
Thank you.

Thank you.
I used to buy it from petplanet with no issues, they only sell them in packs of 4 boxes (for £32.99) which works out to £8.24 a box. If you buy two packs of 4 you get £3 off so £7.87 a box with free delivery.

If you want to buy in lesser quantities VetUK have them for £8.86 a box, free delivery. You may find it a few pennies cheaper elsewhere but those are two sites I have ordered it from with no issues in the past.
Hope the food helps him and he doesn't have to have the op.0 -
Thank you, I will need to buy in bulk, if it helps him I think i'll keep him on it forever.....hopefully a very long time:)0

Just stumbled across this thead. You can get 48 pouches for £30.63 + £3.95 shipping on Amazon. The reviews are OK but you could always pay by credit card if you have one as the seller is a Market place seller. This is the best price I could find for our cat (am yet to order).

I hope your cat gets better soon.0 -

Redleela, if you still haven't ordered yet the petplanet link I posted above is still cheaper (£32.99 delivered) as p&p is free.0
