Tried scrap yards or the bay of E?0 -
Did the old one break/bend? Can you not simply screw a piece of wood underneath it as a brace?“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

tried local scrappies and online scrappy search engines. None on ebay at the moment just ones for suzuki swift. Yes it did bend and I never though about bracing it! Would I just glue/screw some light wood or something underneath? the parcel shelf cords are missing too, are they universal or would I need specific suzuki liana ones? cheers for the help guys0

Lots of shady second hand car dealers seem to give away/sell the parcel shelf off.
There is a little back street garage I pass on way to work which always has a cheap used car for sale outside. One day as I went passed I saw them taking the parcel shelf out and putting it in the boot of a waiting car.0 -

Yeah you could get a length of wood (not mdf or similar) and some 1 inch wood screws. Cut to length and then place the wood somewhere near the rear 3/4 of the shelf and screw into the wood through the top of the parcel shelf (1 screw in the centre and 2 more on either side, totalling 5), then paint over the screw heads with black paint (or nail polish, or whatever you can get your hands on).
It's what I would do based on what you've said, but I don't know how bad the situation really is.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”
