still waiting for claim.

hi can anyone help me my husband recieved a claim pack from welcome in may we sent relevent paperwork off with, it the two week's later he had a letter saying his signature didn't match thier record's and they wanted a photocopy of his passport, in the meantime we moved address so they needed proof of that spo that was sent off, we waited for reply nothing so eveyweek my husband has called them and everyweek there is an excuse, next one was they needed proof that we had finished our iva so we had to send them that and was told that was the last piece of imformation they needed then when my husband rung to see if they had recieved it there was somethingelse the proof of signature that was sent in may was now not good enough at the begining of december so now he had to photocopy passport again and get it stamped by the postoffice, this was sent off the week before christmas so my husband the rung after a few day's they had recieved it and was now approved and a letter was being sent out with an offer for us, now today my husband has rung again to see if the letter is on way and we have now been told that it has not been approved yet and they will be not sorting it for another couple of week's we are getting really frusrated as it is costing a lot of money in phonecall's and during it all we haven't had any letter's asking for the relevent imformation they need it is only the fact my husband has been ringing otherwise we would be another claim they have got away with paying, i now want to know who i can complain to as i think welcome has had sufficent time to sort this claim for us it states four to eight week's not seven month's can someone please point us in the right direction.
